Welcome to Tu-Mart. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Tu-Mart
Tu-Mart is a farm-to-home grocery and fresh meat delivery service operating in and around Salem, Tamil Nadu. We supply fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, honey, and daily essentials to households and businesses.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation.
Tu-Mart reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or operational constraints.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering (for B2C) or as per agreed credit terms (for B2B).
Tu-Mart reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
Our responsibility ends once the order is delivered to the customer or their representative.
Customers must ensure correct delivery address and availability at the time of delivery.
6. Freshness & Quality
We follow strict sourcing and handling practices to ensure freshness.
Minor variations in size, weight, or appearance are natural for fresh produce and meat.
Product images are for representation purposes only.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
No returns or refunds once the order is delivered and accepted.
Replacement may be considered only if:
Wrong item delivered, or
Product is damaged at the time of delivery
Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery with photo/video proof.
8. Hygiene & Food Safety
Fresh meat is cut, packed, and delivered hygienically as per food safety standards.
Customers are advised to store and consume products appropriately after delivery.
Tu-Mart is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and brand materials on the Tu-Mart platform are the property of Tu-Mart.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tu-Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
11. Account Misuse
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of service without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to Terms
Tu-Mart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
